Taking after the thread "New speed loader for 617-10", we have another 3D-printed loader: Fraurem R2S.

The name "speedloader" is perhaps not the best, because a moon clip is its own speed-loader already. So a Fraurem loader isn't adding any speed. In fact, it's may be slower on timer(1). What it brings to the table instead is protection for the clip. The closed unit can be carried in a pocket or range bag. It can also be placed into a non-specific speed loader pouch, intended for HKS, SL Variant, or the like.

A short, 14-second video demonstrates:

Here's a longer video by someone from P-F:

Footnote 1: Because Fraurem loader stabilizes the ammunition to an extent, it can add average speed to guns where cartridges wobble enough in the clip. Obviously it's not going to beat Jerry Miculek's 327 9mm with a solid clip that slides right in.

It does overcome the largest issue for carrying moon clip reloads. There is some value there. Should be easy to modify the design for 7 and 8 shot models as well

With Tk's holder showing "sold out," ordered one last night as a what-the-hell. Will post after a test drive.

Reviews on either the DelFatti or TK holders are thin.... anyone have direct experience? Looking for secure transport--no illusions about reloading during a DGU.

They're in stock. Got mine quickly. Did you even check?
I have a great deal of empathy for DelFatti, because Fraurem's practices are very similar: there's an email on the website and a list of items. It used to be the norm for folks to shoot an email, get an invoice in reply, then write a check. However, in just the last 5 years the number of buyers writing checks has declined to the point where we only keep this avenue open out of inertia.

If I wanted a DelFatti PMC, the need to get in touch with them would not stop me at all. I even balance my checkbook every month! My children stopped doing that years ago, or never started to begin with.

BTW, I see that DelFatti's email is in very large blue letters on the bottom of the main page. They clearly want those emails more than Fraurem do anymore, where the address is retired to How To Order page. It is not blue though, for accessibility by the visually impaired.

We considered making a transport container for 2 clips. But there wasn't much interest, and it's so cheap that it needs to sell in many hundreds.

P.S. note that there's no center body in that design ("T1"). The cases are prevented from tilting inwards by latches. Possibly not the world's greatest design.
