What do you tell the uneducated what S&W stands for?

Wrong location.

Unless VA now issues two (2) sets of month/year stickers, you have that license plate on the wrong end of the car. (i.e. Plate with the stickers is for the rear of the car....not the front.)

I'd be afraid that someone would read that tag and think it really says..."hey there might be a gun in me...break my windows and see"!
