Been wanting an N frame 357 and finally found one. Pics are terrible but it has been well taken care of with no wear marks or scratches. It will go well with my 60-15 and 586. Now I just need to find k frame!

You should really enjoy the 28! I have a no dash 6" from 1960. It has a s serial # S2011xx. Sure is a great gun to shoot & own. Have a mint set of diamond targets for it. Bob

Congratulations on your purchase of a soon to be Classic S&W revolver. For a long time they were over looked as everyone clamored for their beautiful sister the Model 27 with its high luster blue and steel checkered top strap. Just 2 to 3 years ago the Model 28 was undervalued and often sold for $450 to $500. They have risen in price recently to the levels in price that is where it should be because mechanically they are identical to the Model 27.
