New to me Model 686 (no dash)

I tried 2 boxes of .38 specials 100rds and a box of 158gr .357 50rds.
Not so much as a comfort issue, as I was able to do 10 rounds of the .357 magnums Alternately between my weak hand Unsupported and same with my right hand.
It's the way the finger grooves are spaced, esp the middle. It's not fitting my hand the way I want it too.
I am keeping the grips tho, and I dont hate it.
I will update you guys on how it compares to the pachmayr soon as it gets here.

Update: Got the pachmayr compac grip, and it was softer and had a nice feel to it, BUT the extra rubber covering the backstrap made it awkward to reach the trigger. So I decided to take it off and replace the orig stock.

I also got a used Galco holster off ebay (I love this Holster)which I think compliments the combat stocks very well.
My daughter said the orig grip looks a lot better, plus I really like the way it looks on my 686, so I decided to keep the combat stocks for now
