Hello fellow gun enthusiasts! Just picked up a new to me 15-22, it is a used rifle, but havent shot it yet. I got to open it up today and seen inside around the bolt group and internals had some bluish looking grease? Or wax? Was a decent build up of whatever so I cleaned it all out and lightly oiled it with a few drops. Extractor looks good and close to bolt, so hoping I wont have issues with it or maybe its been changed already I dont know yet. Hoping to shoot it this week and dial in my scope.
Here's what ive done to it so far: Barska zoomable scope ( dont remember power) 4x?
Magpul angle grip, Magpul buttstock (SL?)
unknown mock suppressor, and attached a retractable bi- pod.
I traded in a shotgun for it since I wanted a cheaper gun to plink with and my wife can shoot as well and have fun without breaking the bank if you will.
