New to Shield. Outstanding Accuracy

Finally got a Shield. I've been a fireararms instructor for 20 years and carried numerous firearms. As a retired LEO I still carry and was looking for and update to my J frame for pocket carry. Cleaned it up and took it to my range. Wow. Basically one ragged hole shooting our state CWP course of fire. I'll try to attach the photo.

Yes. Never pushed one before. I can only say the sun was a killer that evening. I'm gonna take it out again with a pistol rest and see if it was me or the sights. Never had a pistol shoot that far right out of the box. We'll see, pun intended.

My Mass. compliant Shield with required heavy trigger pull was low left, as expected for a righty. Regardless, the guy pictured in your target, despite your slight off center, low right hits, surely looked dead.

You have to pack a pair of vice grips to fire it?? Compliant weapons are safer because they can't be shot.
