New to the forum

Hi all. My name is Ron, or if you prefer my screen name, it is hombre243...h for short. I live in the frozen tundras of Eastern Iowa where the Mississippi flows from east to west.

I am not yet a S&W owner (I had a Model 19 back in the 70's but my ex took it away from me so I wouldn't shoot my foot off) but I am in the market for a range gun as well as a ccw. When I finally decide what I want, I will let you all see what I chose.

In case there any "other forum" members lurking around out there...hi y'all. I realized that if I join multiple forums I can be several places at once.
