Hi,
I noticed opticsplanet is selling Trijicon HD night sights for the M&P in 4 different front heights now - .252, .262, .272, .292.

I assume the .252 is for the shield, .262 for the compact, .272 for the full size, and .292 for the pro/5", correct?
There is nothing about this on the Trijicon website but if it's true, I might finally have to get a set of HD's for my 5". Before, I was worried about POI. On the 5" pistol I have now, POI is aobut 3-4" high at 25 yards using a set of Novak night sights designed for a full size with a .165" tall front sight (measure from top of slide). I think going to the .292 HD might correct this as well as give me the benefits of the wider U notch & photoluminescent front sight for quick daytime acquisition.
I also hope the sight height measurements are from the bottom of the dovetail and not the top of the slide; they'd be pretty tall if it was from the bottom of the dovetail.
Thoughts?
