She's just came in yesterday morning & Im really happy with this holster.
I ordered it on March 29th this year - so a little over 3 months- & its absolutely worth the wait!
I went with the revolver holster HF3 for a 6 & 1/2" 27-2 ( of course, a 5" or 6" would fit as well ) - the only thing i might've changed on this holster would be the body color - I went with saddle tan & black cherry for the Tab.
Upon further review, dark brown may have been a better choice but, the saddle tan is really nice too. Ill let you fellas be the judge of that.
At any rate, I also has the HF3 fully leather lined & Diamond Cut Carving - Fit & Finish are just perfect. Gun fits like a glove.
Here's a few pics along with my Tucker & Byrd 1911 holster the Texas Short Stroke. Again, it was very much worth the wait. Ive been carrying armed since I was 18 - both Tucker & Byrd as well as Simply Rugged are the best holsters Ive ever worn - of course, that's not saying a whole lot because I haven't had that many holsters at all but, I do know what a good one feels like and how it draws well and especially how it re-holsters.
