New VZ shoes for my 2" Model 15

I used to have some Altamont bonded ivory magna panels on this gun. They looked nice but the frame horn fit was poor and I was getting bit by them. When I was installing the T-grip, they cracked.

I saw that VZ was coming out with classic panels and ivory micarta was an option. I had to give them a try.

I think they look good. Lighter than the Altamonts. Better fit. They should also be much less brittle.

Ready for summer BBQ!

I'm a big fan of VZ grips, and I love your micarta set! I didn't know they were making panels now, thanks for the news!

Nice Model 15! A 2 inches is on my want list. I like the stocks also.

Click on revolvers, S&W K/L frame, square bottom, and on the left side you'll see "tactical diamond" magna panels and "coming soon".

I preordered 2 weeks ago and they shipped well before the June 21 date the page shows.

Hopefully he'll do them in N frame as well.
