Recently purchased a Smith and Wesson model 386 Sc/S. Having trouble finding info on it. Any advice?

Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure what "advice" you are seeking. I'm not personally familiar with this revolver, but I can tell you it is built on an L frame of scandium/aluminum alloy. The Sc/S was introduced in 2007 with a stainless steel cylinder, thus the /S in the model name. Prior to this version the 386 had titanium cylinders.

Your version should have a red ramp front sight and white outline rear sight, the entire gun finished in black.

Thank You ks for your reply, I suppose "opinion" is more what I'm looking for. I purchased for home defense and ocasional truck gun for camping etc. All though it is light enough for carry. I have test shot it and enjoy it. Looking for the unseen issues that may or may not pop up.
