30 something Machinist for the last 11 years or so.
Mostly shoot rifles but have been bit by the pistol bug as of late. Pretty much like loud noises, Gunfire, Punk Rock, etc.
I had bought my wife a S&W 639 about 16 years ago, but I've shot it way more than she has. Picked up a Model 41 this summer as a birthday present. WOW! Hoping to add a red dot to it for X-mas.
Kicking around the idea of a M&P .40 compact in the hopes that Illinois passes CC in the next year or two. Otherwise it'll just be my traveling companion where allowed. Also thinking about M&P 15-22, just because it looks like fun.
Other ones i'd like to have are a 629 classic, and a 340 AirLite (I think the AirLite would be nice to have while riding the mountain bike). Oh yeah and maybe a 952...MMMMMmmmmm target pistols, that's the spot.
I enjoy all types of firearms ('cept anything black powder, fun to shoot once, but a pain after that,don't own any, can't say I want too.), and enjoy sharing them with my wife and 2 kids (Son-15 and Daughter-10) as well as with new shooters.
I handload for pistols, a Single Shot Pistol (Encore) and a few "Varmint/Tactical" rifles as well as for an "evil" black rifle
