What grips did the the S&W Model 65-3 serial number ABS95XX have on them from the factory? Was it the black rubber grips or the wooden ones? Thanks.

Hi, and welcome. Most likely, checkered walnut round butt Magna stocks.

Thanks, found a set of Magna grips for it and replaced those butt ugly black rubber grips. The gun looks 100% better now and feels better in my hand.

My 65-3 (ACF39XX) was a police trade in, and came with (ugly) hard rubber grips.
