Spent the weekend at a gun show, selling a few guns and bought 2, a Browning BAR .300 Win Mag and a Sauer Model 1913 7.65 mm pistol. The front strap of the pistol is marked S.B. 2194 which after some research stands for Schutzpolizei Berlin; post WWI Berlin Police - regular police as opposed to the criminal police or traffic police:

I agree with Jessie. Nice BAR love the wood grain.
Don't know anything about the Sauer. looks like a
nice little pistol in good shape. Congrats !!

Been really thinking about picking up a BAR in 30.06, do you like it? It looks beautiful! That squirt gun up there though, I dunno...looks a bit sketchy to me.
