The color of those stocks is especially nice. Have you fired it yet ? We'd love to hear the initial range report. From what I read in posts about the M41, they seem to work better the older they are. From my own experience with the 1985 model I have, they don't like to run dirty, especially around the extractor. Also, some seem to be sensitive of the ammo used. I stay with ammo around 1240 fps, usually Federal or Remington works best in mine. Here's mine, along with my MkIII Hunter.

I'm not saying they are laminate or aren't, but I owned a 2007 model 41 that had the original laminate stocks on it. I went out and bought another set of older original solid wood stocks for mine, but after I got them I decided I preferred the laminate grips and that's what it wore while I had it.
