NIB Model 53

Sometimes you just get lucky. Last night I got a call and was asked if I might be interested in 3 older Smith & Wesson revolvers. I stopped by there tonight and here are the pictures of my unfired, new in the box Model 53.

Jim, I know it is wrong to be envious of someone, but I am at this moment. I have always wanted a nice 53. Congratulations.

Great gun I have had a 53 since early 60 never had a set back. If you plan to shoot I would order dies now as it took me 5 months from RCBS.Keep the cylinder and ammo clean as is said by all. Before going hunting or target shooting I clean the cylinder with a bush and wipe it and the ammo with isopropyl. I have run over 900 rounds through it with no problems. good luck W.N.H.
