Nickel 19-2 3"

Man, some forum members have scored some rare birds lately!! First that 28-1, then the 5.5 RM and this today!!

I'd kill to even look at a 3" Combat Magnum, so far no luck. But you scored big time, congrats!!!!!

I am speechless. This is, perhaps, the most beautiful K Frame I have ever seen. You are a very, very lucky man. My hat's off to you.

Super nice and very rare revolver! I have only seen one other in nickel. Here is its "near twin" in bright blue. Also shipped in 1966 (K622000 range).

Never been a nickel fan....but congrats.... that's quite the score!!!!!

Did the seller "know" what he had....... or was this a "gun show save"?

One of my last saves was a 3" 66-4 that was labeled as a 2 1/2" and priced accordingly....IIRC about $350 OTD (2007?)......

I had one of those....

" Don't break into a sweat....quick draw the wallet.......just remain calm and buy it!!!!!

Anyway.... big thumbs up!

Good grief! Will you guys STOP it? Now I have another Model 19 I have to look for!!!

Engine49guy: Thanks for pointing out the difference in the front of the frame on the 2 1/2" v. the 4". I had to get some out to look. Reminds me of the frame difference between the 14 and 15.

Staggering!!! That is a head-turner/wallet-burner for sure, even with "normal" photo. We demand more pictures:)

Lightly used and I am a sucker for the old-school vintage trigger stop and the lazy ampersand on the frame too.

Best part is I can have guilt-free lust after this as much as I want. I will never see one and if I do, I certainly could not afford it. You Sir did very well, very well indeed. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks to all for the comments. As far as the price...I would love to tell you that this was a $400 gun show find, but the seller knew what he had so I paid a bit North of that.

Thanks - Mike
