Nickel 586 ND great deal?

Not a bad price, even with non-factory stocks. Seller must not have understood what a 586 is as it was listed as stainless steel. The 586 was carbon steel, either blued or nickel plated, this one is nickel plated and that typically commands 10-15% more than a comparable blued 586.

I've seen this a few times in other classifieds. Mis identified Nickel as SS and calling the revolver a 686. I recently corrected a seller on a local forum. He never knew S&W offered the 586 in Nickel.
