Has anyone (NJ resident that is) actually had a nics check go through in the last two weeks, I understand delays associated with the high volume but it seems like there are less nics checks being processed now that the NJSP have supposedly authorized additional staff and overtime to clear the backlog than there was prior to the Sandy Hook shooting. This is really starting to smack of politically motivated waiting period that the current law does not support.
