Neat gun

Interesting that the CHP markings are not overstruck as all the ones I've seen in the past have been.

Here's the one I owned, and it was overstruck as OHB.

It's my understanding that guns that were surplused were over struck. Guns that were purchased by troopers retiring were not. No idea if that is accurate but makes some sense.
