Does anyone know if I'll pay tax for a gun shipped to Alabama?

I just ordered the 442 No Lock. I was not charged tax by Bud's.

Since that price is the "cash price" (no credit cards allowed), I'll send them a personal check. I'm assuming I'll get the gun in about 10 days.

This sure is temping! But man, that's a hard pill to swallow when my local gun store has the 442 with lock for $349!

Just ordered an MP340 ( NO LOCK ) from Buds. Like others , I will carry with 38 +P but it is nice to know I can step up if need be.
