no white dot

M&P 9mm compact no white dot in front sight,somthing must have ate it.What is good way to fix??

Clean it good and use model car paint and a toothpick to apply.

Did mine orange at the suggestion of many forum members. Paint white, let dry, hit it with orange. Testors. It's great for focusing on that front site. Left the rear white.

I use nail polisher. Cheap, many color to choose from. And it can be clean off easily with remover.

Another vote for nail polish: cheap, easily available in a variety of colors. Stays put, too: I've never had it come off front sights which suffer some pretty extreme G forces during firing.
