Hello all - new 15-22 owner, just picked up last week. 
Really looking forward to the range testing, already tested extractor w/empty shell - works great, repeatable operation (tested many times to verify) and smooth operation. Already cleaned and lubed up (as with all new guns). New foregrip / bipod will be installed today, looking for optic suggestions at under 100.00. I will post serial number range later (I think most OOB issues are probably from not cleaning often enough - should be done after each range session IMO). Mine does not have the blue spring but this seems to be a newer production run thing. My other quest is a sling that will utilize the slot in the buttstock rather than the look (don like it) on the bottom of the stock. Any suggestion are greatly appreciated...
