Today's Norma is not the same as 70's, 80's and 90's "Made is Sweden" Norma.

I've always felt that Norma ammo was over priced and over-rated.

Objectively, just looking at the site I bought from (which was all RUAG products), it seems like Norma is priced to be their bottom tier.
GECO is higher (in bulk), actual RUAG is higher again.

I wonder if they used the "Norma" name to sell some relatively subpar stuff?

But all in all, I can't complain (I can about overall price, but not relative to the current market). This stuff is lower than the Tula steel case.
