Rae and I enjoyed representing the SWCA at this year's NRA annual meeting in Charlotte. From start to finish it was everything we could have imagined and more. We met many new faces and had hours on end with old and close friends who really are more like 'family'.

Our first and most important thanks goes to Jim & Judy Fisher. Without them we, and the SWCA, wouldn't have been able to 'shine' the way we all did. Their time, effort and patience was a blessing I can't begin to put into words. The "hard work - long hours" part of all that goes into a major competitive display at an event such as this is impossible to describe. You'd have to do it (at least once...) to truly understand that it takes more than any one member to get the job done.

To Rick Nahas, Sam Miller, Dave & Kathy Chicoine, Dave Chicoine, Jr., and all others who stepped in to help, we are so very thankful - You guys are the best !!

To Roy Jinks, who helped with all my 'detail' questions in the run-up to this show, and spent time with us in the booth as his duties in the S&W factory display allowed - in both places talking endlessly to the many folks who stopped by - my thanks are immense. If not for Roy and his efforts over the past 50 years - and those who have assisted him along the way - none of us would be doing what we're doing in terms of collecting S&W's, and we sure wouldn't have been in Charlotte this past weekend.

See you in Tucson (or someplace, down the road..)

I'll say!

Dave, Rae along with Jim and Judy did a remarkable job at the NRA Convention, the display was truly awe inspiring. S&W CA members can be very proud and grateful not only for the professional display but for equally professional expertise offered to the public in Charlotte. I was fortunate enough to see both first hand.

My hat is off to everyone involved, this was really nice work!
