October 29th is National Cat Day!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29th, is National Cat Day and my beautiful, calico, Patches' birthday. She will be 8 years old.

At present I have a resident cat and a visiting cat.
In the Summer of 1965 we had a "Club Cat." This big old pale orange cat would appear, settle himself on the couch, be be petted, purr, after a few hours, meow to be let out. Didn't eat as I recall. We were his "club".

My 2 current little boys. They are great company. Strictly indoors cats and they seem to be ok with that, as long as I open the sliding glass doors for them every now and then.
