A friend of mine gave me this box of 9mm. I believe it is/was being made by Federal at Minnesota factory. Anyone have any idea about it, I thnk it was made under a contract for England. 95 grain jacketed soft point.

That stuff is made in by the Brits by Radway Green
95 gr softpoint very hot around 1350 to 1400 fps shot a few boxes of it shoots pretty good have a couple left.

Before the ammo prices increased used to be able to get this stuff fron JG Sales for about if m memory serves me $110.00 per thousand.

Toyman, that particular ammo was made by UK's Royal Ordnance Factory, Radway Green.

There is some current 9mm 95JSP ammo that was made under contract by Federal for the UK and is being sold off by several sources here in the U.S. This ammo comes in plain white boxes with a product number of XM9RO1.

I chrono-ed some of that at average 1246 fps from a S&W M5946. Same gun same day Shellyville Super Vel 90 grain JHP averaged 1409 fps.
