Here's a thread going on on another gun forum regarding the SAFE legislation that was recently enacted into law. The Tresmond law firm is involved in one of the many lawsuits against Gov Cuomo, and Dean Skelos in particular. The firm is pursuing the suit at personal expense from what I understand. This makes for good reading and has boosted my hopes that this Law is getting booted in court. Maxb49 is the son of the lead attorney in the case.

Good read. .. I'll probably have a nightmare about attending a Democrat caucus tonight... sorta like when the last human was exposed in the original "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" with Elliott Gould....
