I have cruised the world wide wide looking for someone who could help me idenify and appraise 2 Mills belts. The only 2 replies I've gotten were "they really arent worth much but I'll give you $75 for the pair"!
Is there a website where I can identify and hopefully find prices for Spanish war era belts?

Might try "Trapdoors Galore". He buys and sells some of that kind of equipment associated with the trapdoor guns. Occcasionally has some for sale on his web site. If your 2 are in reasonably good condition, they're worth more than $37.50 each...
