Offer on a M&P40c?

A friend has a M&P40c for sale, but he hasn't set a price, as he traded into it. It looks barely fired and has night sights, a flat bottom mag, a mag with the extension and 2 longer mags. He also has a partial (40 rounds) of Speer Lawman FMJ flat nose ammo. The plastic box/case is included.

What should I offer?

I have been looking for a used one for a while. They seem to be going in good condition for mid to high $300 with the factory mags and case. So I would think right around that price.

Yep, I would say mid to high $300s also, especially with night sites and four magazines. The 40 rounds of ammo is icing on the cake. An initial offer of $375 would be reasonable I think.

Buds has police trade ins with two mags and night sights for 350 plus your FFL'S fee. That's a good starting point to consider.
