My mother and dad take ginkgo biloba supplements, which really have been shown to improve memory, circulation, and eye problems.

Some very long-term studies suggest that gingko biloba doesn't prevent dementia, but it does indeed help with the symptoms.

My mother had to stop taking the gingko biloba after her surgery and I could definitely see a difference in her memory. She's back on it now and I can tell she's much improved because she stopped repeating the same stories and phrases within minutes of first saying them.

I bought a bottle this past Saturday and I'm trying it to see for myself.

Caveat: If you're on blood thinners, don't take it.

Well, we must ALL remember the results of the Latest 5 Year Government Study - There's lots of money to be made doing 5 Year Government Studies!!!

Did see where at least 5 cups of coffee per day will assist keeping dementia away, and is also good for keeping colon cancer away. Then a couple alcohol drinks a day are good for the heart and circulation, and chocolate is good for the heart.

See it isn't all bad.

My math students can get the wrong answer in half the time it takes me to get the right one.

Plus they can think up 2 or 3 excuses, too......
