I was going through a box of old leather gear that I've had in storage for years. I came across a Blazer #49 (N frame) 6" basketweave swivel holster with the 12 round .38/.357 loops on the hanger, and a Kel-Lite Firepower 1 basketweave double speedloader pouch. Both are in really good shape. I took them out and gave them a good oiling.

The holster and pouch are from the late 60's or early 70's. They were obsolete when I was a rookie in the mid 80's, however I remember a couple of oldtimers that still wore those holsters.

I looked on the internet for a collectors group for this old LEO gear but found nothing. Anyone know of a good source for this kinda stuff. I would like to know what they may be worth and if anyone collects these.

I used to have a lot of that sort of thing that I'd buy in lots off Ebay. I'd pick it apart to find useful bits of gear and resell the rest. For whatever reason, folks in Japan were sometimes crazy for it, but most of it I sold to security companies that probably pressed it into service.
