Good info y'all. Good reading. My take...

My 37 no dash is in like new condition and I want to baby her with standard pressure rounds as a standard practice. More pleasant to shoot too.

BUT...I don't hesitate to run a few +Ps through her to see where they print, then carry with +P for "serious" work.
