Well, I'm retiring in two weeks and I received a gift from my boss. I'm being allowed to "purchase" my service pistol as surplus. Other than being a little heavy, its a great gun.

Congrats! I'd love a P228, but I have a P229 so I will likely never get one unless I stumble on a killer deal.

Congrats and I think 228's are great. I also have a 229 and change the slides back and forth.
