Older Federal ammo-never seen one like this

I was given a couple boxes of older Federal ammo, one is a jacketed hollowpoint in .38 Special which I don't know the weight of but I am thinking either 125 or 158 grains, but the other are these hollowpoint wadcutters. I have never seen any of these before and I was wondering if someone could give me an idea about them. Both the JHP's and the wadcutters are in nickel brass with "Hydrashok" on the head stamp.

I carry the Hydroshock {the "wadcutter" style}. Great round. They flatten out nicely, almost turns into a wafer, and stays inside the target. I used to get them from a policeman friend. I have not seen them available for a while.

Both these rounds are from the original Hydroshock company from Connecticut (?) which sold out to Federal sometime during the late 1980s; both are/were great rounds IMO, although very dated. They may have some collector value; I know they are VERY difficult to find anymore. I bought some in 1986 and had to pay 60 cents a round for the 357 version, very expensive ammo at that time.

These are some of the original Hydra-Shok ammo designed by Tom Burczynski. The 38 Spl WC version weigh 146grs and was called the Skorpion.
