In looking through a "Box-O-Stuff" I acquired from another shooter, I found this...

N-Frame-H-T.jpeg

As noted, it's the std., non-target version. Still has very nice case color, and what looks like "crud" is just dried on grease.

My question is, is there a way to tell what time frame these came from?

Value?

Any help is appreciated.

Well, it's a "short action" trigger....so those came out around 1948, replacing the long actions that were around since the turn of the century.

To me it does look like it has a target spur, but I could be wrong.

So the best I can do is somewhere between 1948 and about the mid 1990s when the hammer-mounted firing pin was phased out.

It looks too small for Target hammer spur but I've been wrong before. Pete:o

Standard hammer and trigger. The shadow in the photo makes the hammer spur look longer than it really is.
