? on the New Pistol Main Spring

S&W is using a new main spring for the 8" pistols. I tried to buy one buy they are not selling them yet. Does anyone have both a rife and a pistol who could measure the length, diameter, wire diameter and coil count between the rifle and pistol?

I'm hoping it's the same spring minus a few coils.

I received my pistol today. For anyone else who may want this info, here's the differences I found between the rifle and pistol main springs.

Rifle spring:
5.40" long, new
.224" coil outer diameter
.029" wire diameter
61 coils


Pistol spring:
5.85" long, new
.224" coil outer diameter
.025" wire diameter
69 coils
