Couldn't resist, after buying a 22C and a 9C in the natural progression of gun addicts... had to add a rifle.

Put 100 bucks down on one, on sale for $370.

Already planning a small scope, 35 round mags, trigger, slidefire (once I procure a place to play with it)... I'm hooked for sure.

Can't wait, just wish I had some place besides the range to try it out because they won't allow slidefire, understandably.

There were a few more expensive options in M&P15-22's but I didn't really see a difference that made a big difference.

One of my local ranges doesn't allow full auto and have a ban on slidefire/bump fire devices as well. But if you show up with it on a 22, they will ok it for the day. So, maybe there is a chance?? since the 22 has little recoil and doesn't go anti-aircraft like an AR.
