One that got away

Had to pass on a 10 shot 6" 617 this morning for $400 . . . . kinda fell in my lap - I was first and there was a guy next in line behind me waiting for his chance and I just didn't have the funds at the moment.

Usually the story of my life - a day late or a dollar short . . .

Oh well, it had a lock anyway . . . . .

Dang Fred what rotten luck. There have been times that most of us have had to row in the no funds boat..... That too would have worked better if I would'a had funds to buy a paddle. If the prez was really interested in our well being he'd hand out some gun show stimulus money.

That stinks and I know the feeling completely. I had to pass on a like new in box 2" nickle 34-1 for $425 because I did not have the funds. It still kills me to this day. I really wanted that revolver!
