Opinions on Model 14 with 8-3/8th barrel

My 14-3 is a shortie, 6". Plenty accurate though! I once had a Model 10 with 8+3/8 barrel. {was a PPC gun} Did not hang on to it long. Bob

I had a long barrel 14-3. It was beautiful and accurate, but I did prefer the balance of my 6" 17-3 and would likely have kept the 14-3 if it had a 6" barrel.

I have one and use it for indoor nra bullseye pistol league. It’s not as accurate compared to red dotted semi’s in the league for rapid and timed fire, but it’s fun, balances well and it a great gun, you won’t be disappointed. Have no fear if you’re buying it as long as it checks out mechanically. Good luck!
