Optics ready carbine question

Hey guys I just picked up a new ORC and I am considering installing a low profile gas block so I can install a 9" or 10" quadrail. Yankee Hill machine makes the gas blocks in .625 and .750 diameters. Which one do I need for my rifle?

Another question, Where can I get a "Military and Police" marked rail like the oem versions?

The barrel is 0.750. I don't know where you can get the desired quad-rail. BravoCompany has a bunch of different ones:
