My wife wants to carry, but a IWB holster won't work. An OWB holster would be too visible on her small frame.
What are her other options?

Why does IWB NOT work? What makes you think OWB is not a solution either?

A high quality holster of either style with a good sturdy belt usually makes this a non-issue.

I am NOT a fan of off the body carry like a purse, nor am I a fan of ankle carry either. Shoulder holsters can be a solution in certain circumstances....I like a shoulder holster when driving.

What firearm is she going to use? How many hours a day will it be carried? Short time? 2-4 hours...Medium time 4-8 hours...long time 8 hours plus...

Carrying concealed usually means learning how to dress around your sidearm. It is not supposed to be comfortable but rather comforting...

This website has a few carry options. One of which is a bra undermount holster my wife was looking at.

My wife looked at the Flashbang Bra. We decided that it would be impossible to draw the gun without pointing the muzzle at parts of her body neither of us wanted it pointed at.

Purse, try a good IWB holster. Belly band wouldn't be to bad depending on how tight she likes her clothes.

Hey that bra is kind of cool! I'm going to have my wife look at that tomorrow.

My wife is also one who cannot carry comfortably. She's 5'6" and about 120 lbs. She does not want to have to buy bigger clothes to carry. She doesn't wear skin tight clothing, but form fitting. I've seen her try my BG .380 IWB and it looks like a brick on her. She's works in a setting where she doesn't want it to show that she's carrying.

I walk around daily using IWB appendix carry.... That's pointed pretty much straight at my femoral artery.... And other stuff....

Your call on that, but after seeing your affiliations I suspect the OP's wife has less experience around firearms than you do.

Being fully aware of the issues of off body carry, my spouse decided on a dedicated gun purse. She's shot high-power competition for six years now and has hunted for over 20, so she is acutely aware of where the muzzle is pointed and the FlashBang made her uncomfortable.

Houdini has the video I like. Faliaphotography does a great job of showing options for gals.
