Out of town carry/Notification

Hi All, I`ll be traveling armed to my Daughters Wedding in West Virginia. I have a Florida License but am unsure of LEO notification in Georgia,South Carolina,Virginia and West Virginia in case of a roadstop. I`d appreciate any help!. Thanks, hal
