+P Harder on frames than .357?

The Gander guy with his vest with NRA instructor and stuff all over says to me that not only is the +P harder on frames, it has greater muzzle flash, could he just order me what I'm looking for?

Is that possibly true about +P? How?

There are people who state things not because they understand them, but because it makes them feel intelligence.

They are probably everywhere in life, but they seem to be a high percentage of gun store employees.
