Package Deals, guns with accessories

Wondering how any of you feel about including accessories with the sale of a firearm. Like quality holsters. Would that increase the price or not. Basically wondering if it is better to sale those things separately. Thanks

To answer your question it easily could depend on what price the gun sold for. Good gun price no additions VS high gun price and be given a goodie or two.

Back in the 60s when I realy got going with the gun sport it was common when the deal was done to throw you a box of ammo, a cleaning kit, sling or a carry case. I realy do not remember package deals being done unless it was a used gun that had accessories added. Example mounts & scope already on gun!

From my perspective, if I'm buying a firearm, extra accessories, unless it originally came with it, I don't care. I'm not interested in paying extra for a holster.

If I have a holster for example for a gun I’m selling I generally don’t add anything to the price I ask. If the gun sells without at the same or slightly reduced price I then will move the holster separately at a fair price.

While generally agreeing, with discontinued items like cz 550s, including extra mags or scope mounts might be a benefit. Another exception might be selling guns that are hard to find rounds, bullets or brass for, if you have the components.

I separately price the gun with and without out accessories, but will include scope mounts if specific to the gun, as with Ruger mounts going with the rifle.

I'm one who will pay a little extra for accessories if they are something I'll use, like a holster.
But you'd probably make more money selling the items separately.

Extras

I look at the price.
If I have decided that I want a particular firearm anyway, then if they have a reasonable deal that for example includes extra magazines, that's something I would purchase.
Some of the magazines are $50.00 or more each, so if they are throwing in a few more - sign me up!
