A quick search showed that these come from a company named Stiletto. Does Sturm Ruger do the investment casting for them? Wondering where the name came from.

Yes , Ruger did the castings for Stiletto. Ruger also did castings for Calloway golf clubs. I do not believe Ruger takes on outside work any longer. I know I bought thess back in the 90's
