Got my "Blue Press" magazine from Dillon the other day, great article in it that you wrote about Victory Models. I removed the article, and will keep it as reference material with my Victory Models:
Right side, top to bottom:
British Service Revolver, .38 S&W, blued, checkered grips.
British Lend Lease Victory, .38 S&W, "United States Property" marked.
New Zealand marked Victory, .38 S&W, "United States Property" marked.
Australian Victory, .38 S&W, "United States Property", "FTR" arsenal rebuild marked.
Left side, top to bottom:
DSC Victory, 4" .38 Special, (re-blued).
Navy Marked Victory, 4", .38 Special.
4" Victory, .38 Special, marked "U.S. Property, GHD", no Navy markings but letters as shipped to U.S. Navy.
As you can tell, I am pretty fond of Victory Models. I'd like to find a South African and Canadian marked examples to round out my collection, maybe sell off the re-blued DSC Victory and get an original one....
Thanks again for a great article!
