Palmeto Question

Any one that purchased a M&P Shield 9mm from Palmeto State Armory, did you receive a shot shell case in your box? Mine did not come with one and was just wondering, it doesn't make a difference to me weather I have it or not as long as the gun functions properly.

Just picked mine up from my FFl and it was in perfect condition.

Never got a shell on my M&P 45.
Sign into the Palmetto web site. Go to "My Orders, " and click on "view order." I had to print, scan, save to my files and then was able to upload it on the S&W web site.

Problem with that is that there is no serial number on the order page. I sent an email to PSA asking for some sort of receipt or invoice and all they said was to use the order page. That's what I did but I won't be surprised if it doesn't work.

I submitted two rebates with receipts from Whitakers and those show on the rebate website. Submitted the two from PSA with screen shots of the order pages and those two do not show on the Milano website(but they were submitted several weeks later so it may catch problem).

they don't need a serial number from the receipts. almost NO online dealers put the serial number there and many brick and mortar stores do not either. Mine was from Gunbuyer and they do the SAME thing and my rebate shows up fine. the Milana website takes about 4-5 weeks after submission to show up for tracking too.

I submitted the Palmetto order confirmation from my Bodyguard and it showed up on the Milano site about five weeks later.

I used a receipt from my FFL where I picked up my Shield. It does show the serial number. Not sure if that was good enough or not. My submission hasn't showed up on that Milano thing yet.

I'm not concerned yet, but sometimes my computer quits typing before I do. What I tried to type,.....

Thanks for all the replys. I used the order form from PSA and I'll wait and see if it works.

I used the order form as well. Mine still isn't on the Milano site. It's only been a few weeks though.
