Pandora Internet Radio

I started using Pandora shortly after it went online, found a lot of music by listening to it. That site is definitely a good way to find new music you might like if you don't go buying every album around.

I love that site! Like Jaxinc mentioned, I found a lot of artists that I actually enjoy by listening to pandora. I've found on xm and sirius radio channels like outlaw country and margaritaville, for example still play a wide variety of music. It some cases too much of a variety for me, with pandora I can really zero in on the kind of music I want to listen to.

While Pandora is nice, I usually meet my quota of 40 hours of listening for one month and am cut off by the site (listening at work).

Another site similar to Pandora is Last.FM.

One more that I am currently using every day is grooveshark.com. This one is slightly different in the fact that you can search by artist or song, and once that is found you can listen to just that artist, find other users already made playlists to listen to, of just listen to particular albums by that artist.

thanks for the tips, I'll check them out soon,

I used to use XM's website, to listen to the same channels I do in the car, (when I too lazy to bring the unit in the house!!)
and the missus used it at work as well,

but since they now charge for internet radio, I've been using pandora, and like it,
