Para extra part

I have posted this to a couple of sites. Trying to make sure I get it right

Took off my backstrap, and this fell out. I asked Para about it, and they said it was the pin from safety to slide lock, but I have all those parts, and are all there, and I had not taken them off yet.

I am guessing they were an extra from manufacture. any guesses.

I used no tools, so the marks are from rolling around in the backstrap I guess

Yes, from what I can tell it's the pin from safety to slide lock. It probably got into your backstrap by mistake/accident.
